Our apartments and rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture from local carpenters – durable, natural, timeless. Tyrolean Swiss pine ensures restful sleep and a healthy indoor climate.
🐔 Breakfast with provenance
Eggs from happy chickens from our own coop, Tyrolean dairy products, homemade jams, and regional delicacies – because real enjoyment also requires responsibility.
♻️ Consciously maintained & cleaned
We use cleaning products from Hagleitner in Zell am See: skin-friendly, hygienic, and biodegradable. So that you feel comfortable – and nature is protected.
🚲 E-mobility & gentle arrival
Charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes are located directly on the farm. If you arrive by train (St. Johann train station), we will be happy to give you tips for a relaxed journey without a car. Free ski and hiking buses (bus stop 100m away)
🛏️ Less is more
Towel changes and room service are available on request – just use the appropriate door sign. This saves water, energy, and resources.
