The apartment is luxery, bright and spacious designed with sun terrace and the view to the Kitzbüheler Horn and the mountains. It is furnished in a modern Tyrolean style with beautiful light wooden floors and LED lighting.

The apartment is equipped with:

- a bedroom in pine stone wood (spezial tyrolean wood) with a big double bed, clothe boxes, bag box and desk  and one single bed.
- a big Bath / Toilet with windows and mountain view
- a big living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a big table with chairs and bank
- a kitchen in Tyrolean style compl. equipped (with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
- a spacious, bright and modern anteroom 
- a sun terrace with panoramic mountain view to the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Kitzbüheler Alpen
- secure Internet access (Wi-Fi) throughout the house for free
- SAT flat TV
- Including free towels and bed linen
- Including cleaning agents, cleaning equipment and dishwasher taps

Please note that there is a final cleaning fee of € 100 per stay.

The local tax for St. Johann in Tirol is € 2,20 / person and night
